You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To qualify:

• The product must be purchased directly from BattlefieldEssentials.com
• The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
• Only one opened product per customer may be refunded

This policy allows customers to try a product while preventing abuse of our guarantee.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

• Products that arrive damaged
• Products that arrive defective
• Orders that are incorrect
• First-time purchases where the customer is not satisfied with the product

In some cases, Battlefield Essentials may request photos of the product to verify the issue.

Battlefield Essentials reserves the right to deny refund requests if abuse of the satisfaction guarantee is suspected.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Multiple opened products
• Products purchased from third-party retailers
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Clearance or promotional items marked final sale

Return Shipping

If a return is required:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• The product must be returned to the address provided by our support team
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable

If the error was on our end, Battlefield Essentials will cover return shipping.
